Checked with HDB officer and concluded that I need to fork out the $100 for the extra 10mm cement screeding...
Hopefully the screeding are done properly.
Tonight we went to Jurong East to take a look on the lightings. We went to Pan Tech and Chelsea Lighting. Both have a wide range of dining, living, kitchen and bedroom lights. We saw a nice hanging light for the dining and we think we will go there and get our lightings. ：）
Creation guys will be coming on thursday to do up the aircon trunking and we will be poorer cos we got to make the 1st payment. :P
