Hee din expect to be able to see the main road from our hut. Hopefully the princess house will not be demolished to build high rise flat. If so, there goes our view.
And ...Good to be able to see the playground, can monitor the kids (in future) when they go down to play hee hee.

Not too bad a view from the bedroom too. Don know what to do with the bay window. Maybe sit on it while reading...? ha ha. :P

Able to see more of the road and Blk 51 at the Master bedroom.
View from the Kitchen
From the kitchen... can see the hdb development of the new Dawson estate and the Strathmore Avenue.
Overall, the view is ok , thou initially i was quite hesitant and worried to buy the 4th floor unit. I have been downgrading from 8th floor to 6th floor and now 4th floor. Xiaofang is ok with it as she lives on 4th floor now... stagnant yah... ha ha.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and most importantly, beach ball babes are filmed here!!
Really like the environment here. :)
