ID Hunting Part I...

Went to IMM yesterday to shop for ID. Went to *****, ******** Concept and Citydesign. Like to say Citydesign cannot make it... Designed something that is not feasible, prompt him to explain where the sofa should be located and he smile smile said ya the design cannot be done and need to redo.... What the hell... some kind of designer!!


The ******** Concept's ID is helpful and friendly. His idea is below:

The Kitchen is half height with see thru glass. Design is good and practical. Let's hope the quotation is within our budgets. :)

As for *****, an island top is recommended at the kitchen but don know how long the island top fashion will last... Let's see the quotation and final design.

Moving on to find more ID... ;)

Designs for the 房子

Went to Floor Planner to create the floor plan of house. Came up with 3 interior designs and the differences are the kitchen and dining area. Cant decide which is the best so i guess i will let xiaofang to decide ha ha ha. But then again, the feasibility of the design will depends on our budget also. Sigh time to burn more holes in the pocket....

Xiaobinbin & Xiaofang's 房子

Finally after a year of house hunting, we managed to get a new 4rm HDB at Queenstown, Strathmore Avenue. The feeling was relieved, excited and thrilled! Relieved because finally after 8 (I believe but xiaofang thinks is 10) applications to the BTOs, bi-monthly and balloting exercises, we finally landed a flat. Excited and thrill because the house will be in time for our customary!! No need to move in and out of my parent’s house. :D

Currently, we are waiting anxiously for HDB to email, call, or snail mail us the details of our 2nd appointment. The flat we chose had already been completed and I think we will get the house keys on our 2nd appointment.

I had been religiously logging into HDBPage everyday to check if the appointment date has been set. Hopefully, the date will be soon….
